A Korean outbreak case from 2010–2011 is explored across early, severe, and post-outbreak phases. The resulting views illustrate how response-related reporting changes over time and connects with economic and other concerns. The work presents a prototype and retrospective news analysis; it does not validate field performance or establish causal policy effects.
